RETURNS & REFUNDS

At WRKIN LTD, we want every order to arrive correctly, safely, and in the condition you expect. If there is an issue with your order, contact us at team@prewrk.com and we will help get it resolved.

CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS

You may return an unwanted item within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the product is:

  • unused and unopened
  • in its original sealed packaging
  • with any safety seal fully intact
  • in a resaleable condition
  • returned with proof of purchase

To request a return, email team@prewrk.com with your order number. Once your return request has been accepted, you have 30 days to send the item back to us.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

For safety and product integrity reasons, and to comply with health and hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns for:

  • opened or unsealed supplements
  • products with broken or removed seals
  • partially used products
  • any product where the packaging has been damaged or opened after delivery
  • items clearly marked as final sale

This does not affect your statutory rights.

FAULTY, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If your product is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we will make it right.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at team@prewrk.com. You are entitled to:

  • Within 30 days of receipt: A full refund or replacement.
  • After 30 days, within 6 months: A repair or replacement. If this is not possible, a refund may be offered.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

As a UK consumer buying online, you have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This means you may cancel your order for any reason without giving a reason.

This right to cancel applies to all items in your order. However, if your item is opened or unsealed, it cannot be returned (see above). The cooling-off period begins the day after you receive your order.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Change-of-mind returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items: We will cover return shipping costs and arrange a replacement or refund.

REFUND PROCESSING

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used. We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving and inspecting your returned item.

HOW TO START A RETURN

  1. Email team@prewrk.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Wait for our team to confirm your return request and provide instructions.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Send the item back to us at the address provided.
