WRKIN LTD (Company Number 16614505) ships all orders from our facility in the United Kingdom. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process and deliver your orders.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only, including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. We do not currently offer international shipping.

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

Free shipping is automatically applied to all orders over £40. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch and are not guaranteed. The following factors may affect delivery times:

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. WRKIN LTD is not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

FAILED DELIVERY

If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will typically leave a notification. After two failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned to us.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
